Shipping and Payment Conditions

1. Service Delivery

Digital services (e.g., advertisement publication) are provided immediately after payment is credited, but no later than 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Goods Delivery

If the offer includes physical goods (e.g., promotional materials), they are sent within 3 working days of payment receipt. The carrier and shipping price are listed in the order summary.

3. Payment Methods

Online payments are provided for us by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

• Card payment - the fastest way to pay online. In the Comgate payment gateway interface, you enter the card number, expiration date, and CVC code. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard.

• Online bank transfers - immediate payment through online banking. The Comgate payment gateway will redirect you to your online banking.

• Standard bank transfer – maturity 7 days, variable symbol = order number.
• Other methods according to individual agreement.

4. Tax Documents

The tax document is issued and delivered electronically to the email specified in the order. The operator is a non-VAT payer.
