  1. I hereby grant consent to Doomio s.r.o., ID: 24407151, with its registered office at Roháčova 145/14, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague (hereinafter "the Controller"), to process the following personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations:
    1. email
    2. first name
    3. last name
  2. The above-mentioned personal data are processed for the purpose of sending information and marketing communications from the controller.
  3. I give my express consent to the processing mentioned above. These data will be processed for the duration of the Controller's business operations. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example, by sending an email or letter to the Controller's contact details.
  4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller; however, other providers of processing software, services, and applications may also process personal data for the Controller. Currently, the Controller uses these processors:

    4. Other recipients of personal data will be persons providing information and marketing services to the Controller. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization, except for those mentioned above.
  5. I acknowledge that I have the right to:
    1. withdraw consent at any time,
    2. request information from the Controller about what personal data of mine is being processed,
    3. request an explanation from the Controller regarding the processing of personal data,
    4. request access to these data from the Controller and have them updated or corrected,
    5. request the deletion of these personal data from the Controller, if permitted by law,
    6. in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection,
    7. object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, if the profiling relates to this direct marketing,
    8. I am not obliged to provide personal data; their provision is not a requirement necessary to conclude a contract.
